Thursday Strength Workout/Marching in Place 35 minutes

Strength- arms and standing abs. Marching in place mixed in with some fast vacuuming.

Just trying to get back in the game after having the stomach flu on Monday & Tuesday. I am still SO TIRED. I think this is the first workout in a long time that has not made me feel better after wards.

i had the stomach flu too, and you know, i think it kills some muscle. which makes it harder to bounce back from. upping my protein really helped a lot. good luck, and keep pluggin' away!

Yay for you!! The effort you put in to just try is awesome. So many people wouldn't do that.
