Wednesday- Kickboxing 1 Hour (with abs mixed in)

My foot is hurting just a tad after kickboxing, but not enought to be alarming. I could not run in place like I like to though :(

take it easy on that foot!! don't get impatient and reinjure it. an ounce of prevention and all that! good workout though!
