Friday Exercise Bike/ Marching in Place 45 minutes

Exercise bike 30 minutes, marching in place 15 minutes to cool down. This head cold is kicking my butt, so we'll see if I can workout tomorrow. The exercise did clear up some sinus congestion, but then my stomach didn't like that. I need some sun! Blah, stupid rain, blah.
