Tuesday Exercise Bike/Marching in place/Stretching 1 Hour

I was going to do my strength workout today, but I was too stiff and I already had a ton of planting to do out in the yard. I also did 1 hour yard work today.

40 minutes on the exercise bike, 10 minutes marching in place, 10 minutes stretching.
