Saturday Running/ Walking 30 minutes Strength Workout 30 minutes (1 Hour Total)

Running report- I ran 1 mile and walked 1 mile. I ran the mile in 13 minutes.

Strength- I sooo did not want to do this workout this afternoon after running in the morning. I could not do it yesterday because of holding a feverish little boy all day (and night). Arms, legs, abs.
