Tuesday- Cardio X

Wed - Shoulders & Arms plus Ab ripper

Thurs - Yoga

All workouts were better this week. I am feeling stronger, but I am having a little seasonal congestion. This makes it a little harder to breath. Still loving it though. All the extra protein we have been eating (and drinking) is making me feel really full. Feels goooooood.

Ugggh, I hate doing yoga when I can't breathe through my nose! It compresses your lungs anyway, and then not to be able to breathe!

Ha, I did Yoga today too and I was congested!
