30 minutes on the treadmill today at work. And then 10 squats and 10 tricep dips when I got home. I thought I'd take it slow this week.

Yay! Over 20 minutes is definitely aerobic (fat burning!) and twice in one day will keep that metabolism up. Way to get back into it!
