Friday workout flop

Today was suppose to be legs, back and ab ripper, however I became sick about 30 minutes into the workout. I think all this congestion went straight to my stomach. I am feeling better now. Bryan finished without me, so at least somebody had a good workout.

30 minutes is still a good aerobic workout! Yuck, sinus drainage :p
