Monday Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Week 1 (25 minutes with 10 lb free weights)

I took Renae's advice and decided to use the 10 lb free weights. It worked pretty well this time since I'm more used to the movements. I may use JM for my next few strength workouts. I need to work in more strength workouts! I have had ONE in the last two weeks. I'm hoping to go swimming tonight too.
