Wednesday Jillian Michaelds Banish Fat Boost Metabolism 50 minutes

Once again, she says it's a 40 minute workout, but it is actually 50 minutes! How stupid do you think we are lady? It was pretty hard. It has very little strength and is almost all cardio. I like all the ab work. I need more ab work.

Plus, shopping with kids for 30 minutes.
