Friday- Kickboxing- 1 Hour

I added 10 minutes of running in place to my kickboxing workout to mix it up and keep my heart rate up high. I also did 2 hours of digging to plant about 20 irises, and do some more edging. I felt great during my workout!

I have not had a caffeinated soda since Wednesday, and before that it was Saturday. It's getting easier too!

hooray on the soda drinking! that's awesome! and isn't it great when the workouts start feeling good?! that is something i have never experienced, even when i did martial arts and was good at working out. good stuff!

You have never experienced the workouts feeling good? Man, that would stink! That's what motivates me, is that it will start to feel REALLY good once I get going.

The good feelings do come sooner once I have been working out for over a month with no big breaks, though.

You amaze me with your ability to run in place. That really would keep the heartrate up! I should try it.
