What's greek yogurt? Is it tasty? What's edamame? Is it tasty as well?

Greek yogurt is fabulous. It has the consistency for sour cream so it's much for versatile as an ingredient in recipes. It can often be used in place of sour cream. Also it has different types of the active yogurt cultures. It also has more of them. I can actually eat it plain.

Edamame is soybeans. It's used in a lot of Asian dishes. Edamame is great because of the protein. I throw it in a lot of stuff for that reason.

I think they're both tasty & they stay with me for quite a while.

oh! I totally get why I see "edamame" as an easy care vegetable in all my gardening magazines. Is it a different kind of soybean? Or is that just the "other" name for soybeans? Sorry! I just want to grow this now since I know what it is.

I think it's just regular soybeans and they are tasty. They have to be shelled like peas but you can freeze them in their husks. Packed full of protein & fiber they make an easy addition to my salads & stirfry dinners.

My body needs lots of protein. I'm not sure if it's because of my many years as a veggie or what. Yet I feel awful & cannot lose weight unless I'm packing each meal full of complete protein.

One day when I have a garden I'll grow some. :)
