The Dog Walking Workout

Once again, I walked the dog tonight, but this time I walked around the cul de sac twice! Sadly, it still only took me 25 minutes! Tomorrow after I get Daniel off to school I will walk the dog twice around, and I will walk him again when the evening cools the day off.

They (whoever they are) say that you only need 20 minutes a day to maintain your weight. So going over that must count toward changing it as well. In my experience however limited I've found that it's the consistency to the exercise not the amount of exercise.

Work those walks girl!

Yeah, my sister has always struggled with her weight (I didn't until I had the best things that ever happened to me) and she never could really get it off until she started exercising regularly. Oh! Duh! I should invite her here! She'd like it!

i'll be inviting your sister here in about five minutes. and good job with your two laps! so, the two laps took the same amount of time as the one? if i'm right about that, then that's really good mary! that means you did double work in the same amount of time. you burned way more calories! good luck today with doing it twice!!
