Monday- Strength Workout 1 Hour

I barely made it because I'm still recovering from the stomach flu. My husband thinks I'm a complete loon, but he should know that if I stop working out, I gain weight!

I kept my 200 crunches goal, yay!

timpani, you are an inspiration! working out while sick, lol! just don't get sicker! i myself was having too much joint pain today to even ride my bike. it's the weather. all humid and threatening to rain is the worst. but it's not as bad as last time! ah, progress. ;)
