Tuesday walking, lots of hills

Walked today in a neighborhood with BIG hills. Pushing a stroller with two kids up and down steep hills was a pretty good workout. My calves hurt big time tonight. Guess I had better stretch out a little before bed.

I really have to stretch my calves out good. I torn a muscle in one once and it requires so much attention now.

lisa has recommended some stretches in comments of somebody's post; hey lisa, can you repeat those? timpani says they work wonders. and, by the way, good freakin' job! you are doing so very well!
