Monday- Swimming 1 Hour Abs 10 minutes

Ab update- After a week, my tummy feels tighter, but more importantly, my back doesn't hurt anymore! Yay! So, I would say it is definitely worth it to get rid of the chronic back pain I have from having a large chest and two small children ;)

when i was going to physical therapy for my back after jonni was born, that's all we worked on; abs. my therapist said that most back problems are caused by a weak core, or, in other words, weak abs. you've got to have a strong ancore to keep you're back in line, and to keep all the relatively weaker back muscles from spasming due to strain. so, way to go timpani! you just keep tearin' it up!

No back pain AND tighter abs?? Good for you! I need to hit the abs harder I guess because my back has been killing me this week. I don't even have big boobs to thank for it, but I think my 3 rambunctious (and not light) kids is enough. Good work on seeing progress!!!
