Wednesday- Strength 30 minutes, walking 30 minutes

Erik & I took another route to get to another convenient store (that had caffeine free diet on fountain too), and it was way too short! Even with extra hills, and pushing two kids in the stroller, it only took about 30 minutes. It's a good thing I did my strength workout while the kids were napping, or else I would not have gotten my hour of exercise!

I got 200 crunches in today during my strength workout, up from 140. ROAR!!!
