Not the boobs!

Ok, I have lost a lot of weight recently... but it's all been from my boobs! Nooooo! They were the only thing that balanced out the belly.

Took a really long walk/jog with the girls. We have no problem getting to the park, but the stroll home is unbearable. We need a closer park!

Do ab workouts with me (not literally, but everyday you know). It's only been 4 days of doing 10 minutes on abs, and I can already see the difference!

most of those 10 minute pilates dvd's have an ab workout on 'em, and they're usually really good. good job on the walking! you are really kickin' some chicken this week!

and i sympathize about the boobs. not having much in that area of my own, losing any would be devistating to me. ;)
